In general, all required type/design/special and routine tests shall be performed in the HP Laboratory. This includes Short Time Current (STC) withstand tests, Short Circuit (SC) breaking tests, SC making tests, short line fault tests, out of phase tests, capacitive charging current tests, mainly active load tests and internal arcing tests.
